Q: What is normal turn-around time?
A: Normal turn-around time on custom medals is 7-8 weeks after art approval. For Racetrackers hats, turn-around time is 5-6 weeks after art approval. Normal turn-around time is 3 weeks on printed apparel.
Q: Can I get my order quicker than the normal turn-around time?
A: We carry specific products that can be delivered inside our listed normal turn-around times. These will include a rush fee and expedited shipping charges.
Q: What is the minimum order I can place?
A: The minimum order for the majority of our products is 100 pieces.
Q: If I purchase a race medal, is the ribbon included?
A: A 1-1/2 inch solid, grosgrain ribbon is included with the price of your custom medals. A custom printed grosgrain or a custom printed satin ribbon can be added, at additional cost, to enhance your medal design.
Q: When do I need to make payment on the order?
A: Payment is due when orders are placed and before production begins.
Q: Will I see my art before my medals, hats or apparel are produced?
A: Yes, on average a member of our art team will supply an art proof within 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
Q: Is there a fee for art/design work?
A: Yes, there is a non-refundable art set up fee per order/design. If you have an existing logo in proper format, the fee range is $25-$50. For more complicated work and with no logo, the setup fee range will be $50-$100.
Q: What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
A: To help ensure satisfaction with customized products, Running Awards & Apparel works closely with our customers during the quote and design phase of each customized order. This includes a vigorous proofing and approval process.
No returns or refunds can be accepted on customized products produced by Running Awards & Apparel, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom-built items.
Custom Products Guarantee:
All custom products produced by Running Awards & Apparel are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material. If any item is found to be defective within 7 business days of receipt of order, we will replace the defective product or provide a credit towards a future purchase, if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of production.
